i am having success with my settings at "lightly active" (about 230 more cals a day than sedentary was giving me) and NOT eating back my exercise cals.... i would say start with lightly active (but don't eat exer cals) for a few weeks and see how that goes. to me, having plenty of food, and not feeling deprived, keeps me…

according to all my research, trying to get B-12 from food only is tricky for us vegans, and we are better off taking the supplement and being safe and sure.

this would be suggestion; these are things that have worked really well for me, and might for u as well: --abstain completely from sugar and white flour (items that contain sugar, etc) --instead, eat whole intact grains (brown rice, quinoa, millet, etc) and fruits for sweetness...occasional use of pure maple syrup (as in…

vegan here; feel free to add me if u like edit: just went back and read your post more closely... KNOW that i am vegan for ethics. u are still free to add me, but just wanted to clarify that...i think going vegan is great for a whole bunch of reasons, but my choices is rooted deeply in animal rights...dunno if that's what…

quick tip: if u are running late, and want ICED green tea on the go, just fill a big water bottle with cold water and ice, and stick a bag of green tea in there. even without heat to "steep" the tea, it will still infuse the water with flavor and nutrients after about 20 mins. then just throw away the bag and enjoy…
