It'll help with your depression and give you extra energy as you build your stamina back. Once you start to get more energized add in a couple yoga classes per week or a T25 class. Here's a link to an article…
  • Not sure on the amount, I know on occasion I'd eat a bag of reeses mini's during lunch. Amazing what the body adjusts to, couldn't eat that much sugar and fat now.

  • ready yourself emotionally as well as physically. Be consistent.
  • Vinyasa Yoga is the first exercise I did when starting my journey. It helped me immensely, but you'd have to do it 4x a week for an hour to have the effect you're looking for. I mixed in weights and cardio during the week. with yoga.
  • Looking for my Raiders to get Sammy Watkins, hopefully the Browns go QB.
  • Yea! Make sure that person is right for you. If you don't respond well with a drill sergeant type, search around. I found a Fitness Instructor who teaches yoga and core strength training. Pushes me through encouragement and instruction not shouting.

Then just sit slowly and enjoy your snack. I found when I take my time I'm not as…
  • I've found the same. My brother lost a lot of weight on the Atkins diet but regained it back once he went off it. I agree with making a lifestyle change rather than finding a quick weight loss diet.
