Im finding I love it a lot more than running or cycling. Im doing it 2-3 days a week eventually I'll bump it up to 4 a week but for now I'm happy with it and loving the near full body work out I'm getting.

Im on week 3 or so of my "keto" diet im not sure if i am actually following a great keto diet as i started it inadvertently. Any friends that are doing t as well would be a great help.

Try to get a good list of friends and look at their diaries. Or go around and look for people with open diaries. Mines open for you to look (though I don't eat the best)

I hate my scale... 4oz of meat is not alot.. also putting into perspective going out to dinner somewhere and seeing a 9oz piece of steak is now mortifying

I hate the name of this thing, when I was in we weren't on any sort of diet, we had plenty of food, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns for breakfast, a sandwich and vegetables or a 4oz piece of meat and sides for lunch, and same for dinner as lunch. AND NO ICECREAM. However we did RUN for 8 miles at least 3 times…
