Fantastic work, u look great! I've done pretty much the same as u food wise, not counted a single calorie and I've lost 7 lbs! Because of eating mainly clean I never feel sick after a meal or horribly bloated, it's certainly the way forward!

I get up early around 5:45-6:15 and work out at home. My son is 22 months, i work, walk the dog every day and run the house as oh works a lot. If my son wakes up early it may seem bad but I put him in his high chair, give him his breakfast and he watches tv while I do my workout in the next room. I have CLX and turbo fire…

As of this morning I have 9.5 lbs to loose to reach my ultimate goal of 140 but I think I'd prob look ok at 145ish but yeah the weight likes to stick when there's only a little to go!

I will b doing turbo fire. I may also get my other half to write me up a weights workout (he's a body builder so knows his stuff) and I have all my weights at home ready. I also love running but prob only get out to do it once a week but my main focus will b turbo fire. Is anyone else planning on doing that?
