First off... this will be a big tattoo. Where on your body are you going to get it? and that quotes will have to be just outside the flowers b/c if not then it will bleed in with the coloring. I would sit down with a tattoo artist and he will outline everything for you usually. That's what mine did.

hey! Ignore them do what makes you healthy and happy. Also they may think that you aren't doing well b/c you do have baggy clothes on so it doesn't show off all the muscle you have rather then just being way skinny.

I always go for meat go with your fist size. For others just get a measuring cup and make your food for the next day the night before that way you are accurate. For a snack before bed try almonds they have protein. Try and elliptical for cardio besides biking it adds in your arms and is great for burning calories. Doing…

since it's starting to become winter.. maybe look at ice skating with some friends or your boyfriend. Or try rollerblading that is a great workout and you work muscles you never knew you had!
