Loaded Cheeseburger Pie

Making this for dinner tonight-will upload pic once done
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
■3/4 lb. lean ground turkey
■1/2 cup sliced sweet onion
■3 large eggs
■1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
■1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
■3/4 cup rice flour
■1 sliced tomato
■2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
■1 diced or sliced dill pickle
Directions:
Brown turkey and onions in a pan. Pour turkey mix into the bottom of a pie plate. Cover with fat-free cheese. Blend eggs, milk, and flour and pour over meat and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Cut into 6 servings. Serve each plate with shredded lettuce, tomato, and diced dill pickle.
