Moved onto L3 this morning and OMG! This one is a killer although it's nice to do a different routine. Takes a while to get used to the new moves but I'll get there! You know this workout is going to be intense ny the fact she used the weights in the warm-up! Good luck to everyone moving onto L4 this week :-)

Wow, you are doing so well. Today is D5, W2 for me and I have just got used to the plank cardio and those crow push-ups. I was looking forward to moving onto L3 but now I am not so sure after reading your posts. Hi there, I started on Monday 22nd October so today is Day 4 of Level 1. Would you mind if I joined in as well? I did get through the first 2 levels a while back but gave up! I'm on Day 3, Level 1 of Ripped. It doesn't feel as though I work out as hard as I did on 30DS but my body is feeling it much more. Boy, do I ache today but in a good way :-) I have got through to Level 3 before and stopped but this time I'm going for it!

Hi everyone, I love JM DVDs and think her workouts are just fab! Finished 30DS on Tuesday and will be starting RI30 and 6W6P from Monday 22nd October. I lost just over 3 stone on the old WW plan between May 2010 - December 2010 and loved the plan. Day 4, Level 2 for me. I'm not liking this level at all! Have done the full 30 days previously and got amazing results so I will push on through as I know I will get results. Bring on Level 3 though as that's my favourtie.
