I would start off with 3-4 times a week and then build momentum. You need to let your body rest. Or you an do cardio every other day and then light weight lifting every other day. good luck

I have the same issue for tomorrow. I plan on bringing my lunch in case there's nothing I can eat. At minimun I will eat salad and fruit if it's offered. I hope to stay away from the bread and cake.

In the morning, after you use the restroom, before breakfast and no clothing for the most accurate weight. Weighing yourself in the evening is not accurate as your weight fluctuates through the day given food and water intake.
