thanks to all you replied to me. I feel like I'm not alone and what is going on is more "normal" than I thought. I am trying to get plenty of sleep (about 9 hours per day) excersise (walking) at least 5 times a week all my vitimins, water etc. I do have a follow up appt soon and will follow through about getting more…
