Hi, I was wondering if anyone has calculated their calorie allowance according to Insanity, and it seems really high? Mine came to 1855 calories, but im only 5'4 and currently weigh 129lb. I don't want to eat too much! Help! Thanks in advance :smile:

I also recommend the 30 day shred. Its not a 'quick fix', its a hard workout that will give you results - who doesn't want that?
