Umm, I'm not sure lol For an example, lets say I start a day out with 1600 calories. I've logged my food intake via MFP and I have 300 calories remaining for the day. My fitbit adjustment then states 116 and has subtracted this from the remaining calories leaving me 184. Has the fitbit calories been classed as exercise?…

Well, I'm already dreading doing Day 3, Level 1 tonight. Legs are sore but not too bad, probably about the same as yesterday. Able to walk a bit better, but it's the bending to sit that gets me. It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels, in which there are three levels of exercise. Ideally, I think you are to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. Personally I have never got past level 1, and even if it takes me longer than the 10 days I will push through a do it. You can also find it on Youtube.

I will join in too, I'm new here and really need some motivation, so could be just what I'm looking for. I'm waiting to get my DVD back off a friend but will start with YouTube for the time being. Did it once before and never got past level 1, so aiming for better this time. Out of interest, how do we log it?
