Regardless of my weight, I don't have the height or slim legs to carry off the look of skinny jeans with boots. My recommendation is to only wear skinny jeans (with some lycra of course) with flats. One more tip. I printed several food lists that I taped to the inside of one of my kitchen cabinets including Foods High in Iron, Foods High in Potassium, and Foods High in Magnesium. Helpful reminders to eat clean!

I load up on vegetables and I try to make smart carb choices that are also high in fiber. I usually add 2 cups spinach to my blueberry protein shake and I can hardly taste the spinach! Also, I highly recommend adding some good fat (nuts, seeds, avacado, olive oil, etc) to each meal. My food diary is open if you need ideas.

Thanks for the water reminder! I "think" I drink 8 cups a day, but I will use the water tracker to make sure I'm drinking a min. of 8 glasses a day. Also, I'm up for the sit ups challenge :smile:

Great recipe. I love chicken salad, but usually shy away from ordering it since it's always loaded with mayo. I just need to make a quick trip to the store for more dill and I can make it tonight! Also, thanks for the line to the website for other great recipes!

Green tea, water and gum. I enjoy a venti green tea from Starbucks (one bag and make sure to ask for a double cup or bring your own travel mug). I will add a Splenda packet to my tea if I'm craving sweets. Also, I can't live without a pack of gum nearby, especially the Trident fruit layers. Good luck!

I enjoy an Aria Vanilla Protein Shake in the afternoon. Sometimes I add peanut butter and/or leftover coffee. Great pick me up. Almonds are another great protein snack. I buy the packets at Trader Joes so I don't eat too many!
