Eating that little bit of calories is not healthy, and even if you do eat the 1200 you wont be gaining weight. Try eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, nonfat dairy, and healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds..

You could get a hrm and that will tell you how many calories you've burned. With all the mixed opinions here I think that would be your best bet.

Thanks to everyone that posted here. I am new to MFP and I'm learning a LOT everyday. Before MFP I had the same mentality about weight loss as many many people out there do. Ok. First of all Thanks for taking the time to explain this to me. I had to read it twice but I'm pretty sure I get it now. I went to the spreadsheet and filled in my info, it came back telling I need to eat 1880. I changed that on MFP. And thats as far as I've gone. Do I need to change anything else? Do I eat those…

Right now MFP has my calorie goal at 1540 and when i log in the exercise I do I do try to eat it back. So with that and continuing the exercise that I'm doing then I should be ok? When I do eat my exercise calories I don't feel hungry.

but I noticed that it was added to my daily calorie intake. Will I still lose weight if I eat those calories back?
