Nope. My husband snores but even then I love cuddling with him. Separate bedrooms to me is strange.

Are you weighing everyday? Rely more on how your clothes feel and your mesurements because you culd be building muscle too.

I too started at 278, now Im at 246 with a size of 22-20W, depending on brand. I can still wear the same jeans but they are so loose all over they almost fall. This ^^ Start small, your motivation will increase more and more. The thing is just start, even if it's 5 mins a day, something is something AND come on the message boards for support and motivation everyone here is sooooo supportive.

I have a cheat meal. For me the hardest is the weekend when hubby is home all day but I allow myself mostly Saturday dinner to have a meal of whatever I want. If I crave something during the week I have a little. It works for me.

Thank you all. My bike doesn't number the intensity levels but by turning the knob I counted 18 clicks, so I guess the resistance levels are 18 total. Actually yea, I ate clean, exercised and drank my water yesterday like I do everyday and today I was at 253.4. I guess water retention, I did have salty foods the night before, is what did it. Thanks again for your advice.
