whats lbs to kgs ? so when it says iv lost 0.5 lbs or 2lbs how does that work into kgs?

1lb is 0.453592 or .5 kg. So if you lost 2 lbs that would be about 1kg. You can always google ?lbs to kg.0

1 lb is 450 grams (0.45 kg)
You can go to your home > setting > goals > update diet/fitness profile and set your lbs to kg there.0 -
