Earned Calories from Exercise?
Im new here and I just logged in some exercise. It's telling me that I just earned 188 calories from exercise. What does this mean.? I don't want to eat my calories burned.

Big weight loss overnight?
On Saturday, my weigh in day, I weighed 257.8. last night I made some not healthy choice in dessert so I figured today I would weigh a bit more but when I weighed myself it was 256.6. How is it possible that I lost 1.2 lbs in 2 days?

My daily goal in calories is 1540. The Net goal is 1500. I've read posts here of people saying that they eat until their net is 1200 and others that they eat their daily goal of calories. New to MFP with some ?s
I have been using Sparkpeople for 2 weeks and came across MFP. Not sure which is better but I noticed that MFP gives you a daily calorie limit but if you exercise you get those calories added to your calorie intake. How is that? I thought you have to burn the calories not eat back the calories you just burned?
