Weight Training Help?

Options
I want to start doing weights. Right now I just have adjustable dumbbells, up to 40lbs on each, and I can't go to the gym.
I just don't know where to start, how much to do, WHAT to do....Can anyone please help me?

    Try the bodybuilding.com for some dumbbell weight routines or just google it....you will find a crap load of options. If you want something more hard copy, I used the book "The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises" and absolutely loved it. It gives photo's and instructions on how to do each exercise, pre-designed workouts and the ability to make your own.
