I don't ever reach 1200 cals, much less eating back my calories. If I'm satisfied (full) and losing weight at a slow and steady pace, I don't feel the need to force myself to eat.

I think it depends on your height and build. I would think you would see a difference in 10-20 lbs and a more significant difference in 25-50 lbs. Either way, DON'T GIVE UP!

I have the Sportsline from Wal-Mart, never had a problem with it. $25-$30 price range.

I think using that as an excuse is absurd (no offense). People will talk about overweight people just as much if not more than thinner people. They just don't say it to your face. It's essential to be HEALTHY.

Cut out the majority (or all) of the processed foods, lower your sodium and move more. It's all about trial and error and finding what works for you but make sure that all of your food decisons are healthy ones. Lifting weights is a great fat blaster, incorporate it into your routine. Good luck!

The only public place I eat is subway. If I don't know what's in it, I don't eat it.

Snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day :) Always helps me ward off unhealthy cravings!

I found that p90x was too intense for me so I stick with power90 :) I do what works for me. If in the future I've built up the stamina and strength, I'll give it another go.

Mostly pescetarian here. I stay away from land meat for the most part, I eat fish regularly though :) Tonight we had soy burgers for dinner, awesome! It feels great to know your eating something better. Every time I used to eat land meat, I cringed - I honestly have no problem eating fish though :)

I'm short, 5 1 1/2" and 15 lbs makes a huge difference on me! I'm wanting to lose just a little more than that, but when you're body seems comfortable where it is, it seems harder :/ I'm not giving up, I will lose it!
