Way to go! You look excellent!

Are you doing any ab exercises?

Happy 100th!!

1/2 lb - 1 lb loss per week

This. If you're eating right and taking in a sufficient amount of carbs, proteins and fats, you may just need to intensify your workouts.
-
If it's medically necessary, it's okay to proceed with it but if someone is just looking for an easy way out, then it's just laziness.
-
Awesome, sounds like you're doing great!

I love stretching throughout the day. BTW, your profile picture - WIN.

I have Fibromyalgia and RA so pain is a constant for me. I push through it and keep going. When my workout is over, I feel 100% better. Exercise really is a great tool for pain management. Just be sure that you're not doing anything so intense that it could worsen your condition.

Definitely. I like that I'm holding myself accountable.

Strength training and protein!

Great advice! Giving young children unhealthy foods (regularly) teaches them that those are normal foods they should be eating. instead, pack finger foods when you go places - fruits and veggies, small sandiches on whole weat bread, etc. Doing so teaches them healthy eating habits and saves you money :)

Great job!

That looks amazing!!

You've done great! Keep up the momentum!!

As long as you're getting your workout in, that's all that matters. Even if you can't be consistent, you still benefit from getting your workouts in whenever possible.

That where I lose fat first (thank goodness!) The only area on me that doesn't budge is my hips (39") They aren't going anywhere!
-
Congratulations on your success!

Agree to both. You should never ever leave fresh/raw fruits and veggies out of your diet. Fruit is a staple in my diet, I juice fresh fruits and drink them and I have some type of veggies everyday at least once a day. Fruit and veggies are your friend!

Mmmm crescent rolls!

I have RA and with that comes joint pain. I suggest seeing your doctor about it and getting their advice. On days that I have pain around my joints, I focus on low impact exercises.
-
Yum!

Even when it hurts, it's fun for me because I'm pushing myself. I have Fibromyalgia and RA and believe me, they can become excruciating. Running gives me energy and strength I didn't know I had. Now, instead of 6 days of Fibro or Arthritis pain, I'm down to 2 or 3 - it's worth it :)

Way to go!! You're doing a great job!

Yay! I love Power90! I'll do it with you, I've only done 4 days this week so I'll just restart :) Be sure to add me!

No tips here either but wanted to say good luck to you :) I've never been a soda drinker and I don't drink it at all, but I understand trying to stop a bad habit.

There are many many ways you can get good workouts in just around your house. Don't sit around thinking you need a gym or equipment. Your body is the best machine you will ever have access to. Push your limits and see where you end up :)
