i dont really have a recipes But a good healthy option is instead of using pasta buy spaghetti squash really easy to make and takes pretty good.

how or what do you use to time when jumping rope? a stop watch or just approximate?

yea i think i am passing on it, It is not worth the price. Ive decided on a zero carb diet with 1 reward meal. Its a good stepping stone to getting back into dieting for me and hopefully getting rid of some of the cravings

Thanks for all the advice guys I definitely i think i need to learn how to take it one day at a time instead of oh i hate a chocolate bar yesterday so i messed up my whole week so it doesnt matter what i eat.

when people say weight training how much/long are we talking per work out?

ARGHHH i hate this just like everyone else does.... I ate way too much today i need to find out what triggers this.... I had chocolate 2 slices of pizza, 2 Popsicle, Bagel, cereal all in like 2 hours... and i want more...

Same here...would be awesome to find someone on here that lives close to work out with.. Working out alone is extremely boring for me. Sometimes I just can't get into it.

Id say a smoothie or a protein bar..Don't not eat... It is extremely hot today in Ontario if that is where you are located not eating and working in this heat can cause dizziness, headaches etc. Dont risk it
