you and me both!!! Its so hard when you have that sugar craving to let it go instead of letting in. Sometimes I just distract myself put on music or something and read. BUT I also like to trick my brain I will freeze crystal light into ice cubes and when I get cravings I will eat a few. They are surprising sweet

I have arthritis in my knees so its tough for me not to push too hard. I think it is just finding your limits. I wear a brace to the gym too and when doing cardio I stick to the elliptical which is better for joint pains. Definitely see a doctor to find out what it is ...

I do it after work too, and I worked afternoons so I am there sometimes at 1am. I like it as a stress reliever as well and surprising it helps me go to bed at a decent time.

I drink so much water when I am at the gym.. Maybe over a litre in just an hour

sounds very similar to me except I haven't figured it out yet. I think cutting out all sugar is a bit extreme but its really hard to find that middle balance....

I am also very fussy.. I only eat chicken and get bored of it really easy... I would recommend making smoothies, you can throw in some spinnich to help get in your vegetables for the day while still making it taste good. Protein powder would be a good purchase.

I buy the 100 cal snacks at the grocery store oR cucumbers cut up small.. i snack on ceral as well, tricks the mind thinking you are eating chips

I have a hard time getting in my veggies for the day so Ill actually make a greek yogurt/frozen fruit spinach smoothie. its delicious and quick perfect for the morning and for people who don't like big breakfasts

I paid a crap load of money to do this a few years ago, the only benefit I walked away with is that i drink more water. I don't think it works but do believe if you believe that it can work. I would not recommend paying for it though I am sure you can download stuff on line and it may help.
