Sounds like you could have started putting on muscle instead of just taking off weight. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you are replacing your fat with muscle you might not be able to notice inches coming off just yet, and you would have likely put on a few pounds. It could be that when you work out you are burning fluid and muscle, not fat. The first few times I dieted that was my problem.

That is the first and best step to make. Just keep telling yourself it will happen and it WILL. I have been here less than a month and I have lost 11 pounds! This is a great way to get support for the hard work you put in. I believe in you!

My family and husband use this one.. It just makes me so mad. I know I am fat and I am acknowledging it so why do they feel the need to lie about it to our faces? So irritating!!
