Don't worry, I'm right there with you and I do a TON of bicep(w/ 15 lb.wts.)/tricep (w/20 lb. wts)/shoulder (12 lb. wts) exercises 3x a week. I really don't think they'll ever get any bigger (though I keep trying) but there is a lot of definition. But, then again I'm only 5'1" and weigh 93 lbs. You must be a tiny lady, too.
