Thanks so much for your ideas- I'll get going on them! We already have a chin up bar, I forgot about that. I tried doing a chin up and just hung there... so I like your suggestion of starting up already and holding myself in that position. My hubby would love the pushing/pulling the car idea- I'm sure he'd get a big kick…

I completely relate! I've been turning to food for comfort for YEARS and that's why I'm on here now, I've gotten to the point where I have a huge amount of weight to lose.
