Oh my. It sounds like the stress you're under is immense. Congratulations on doing so well during the week. My only advice is to take more baby steps during the weekend. Eat those things that call out to you, but pat yourself on the back when you eat less of them. In time, all those small changes in your diet will add up…

Before I had kids my chest was the last place I lost weight. Now, it's the first place I'm loosing inches. I'm only down 8 lbs, but almost two cup sizes. Everyone is different at different times in their lives.
