  • Congrats! I have similar stats to you. I’m 5’3”. I weigh 178.8lbs. It’s the heaviest I have ever been. My current goal weight is 135-140. I was in my best shape at that weight. So I’m crossing my fingers that with some hard work I can be there soon!
  • Congrats! You look great! I was at 175. Now at 160. Trying to get back to around 135-140. What did you do to lose the weight and how long did it take you (if you don't mind me asking)

  • In addition to keeping to around a 1400-1500 calorie diet and eating back my exercise calories I try to workout at least 3-4 days a week. I work 12hr nightshifts 3 days a week so sometimes I'm just beat and don't want to exercise on days I work. I also don't believe in cutting out foods I enjoy even if they're not the…

  • I just saw this post. I'm a RN that works 7p to 7a. I usually eat my biggest meal before I go in, a lighter one around 11, then just snack on healthy foods and drink a protein shake made with almond milk at some point through the night. Doing it that way makes me less tired through my shift (I always feel tired after big…
  • Not if you wanted to eat more food haha
  • I'm a RN and work 7pm-7am. I usually eat a big meal before I go in, a smaller meal around 11pm or so, and then eat lightly the rest of the night. I usually snack on fruits and veggies and have a protein shake made with almond milk sometime after 11pm. I don't do that for meal timing purposes, but I am able to not feel so…
