I am doing Turbo Carb Cycle by Chris Powell. You can eat fruit on LC and HC days. in LC you only eat it for breakfast, one serving only, about 1 cup, or one apple. in HC days, try to eat it for breakfast and morning snack more than lunch and dinner. I would cut refined sugar completely.

I like to shock my body. I eat healthy 6 days/week and then have a cheat day. Sometimes your body goes on starvation mode and keeps all your body fat to help you survive.
