I've lost 10 pounds in June-July doing a 50 min workout about 6 days a week. I'm also really toned, so I do recommend it. Its pretty challenging, but after you get into it, you get better at it. At least I did =D

Count me in! Even though I'm almost there, but I'm trying to keep it off in this last month while I'm away on vacation for 3 weeks.
