Has anyone tried Taebo and would you recommend it?

I have been given the 'Ultimate Taebo' from a friend and it looks quite challenging. I will be starting 'Day 1' on it tomorrow. Has anyone used this along with their calorie controlled diet and had successful weight loss? Does anyone fancy joining me on it?

    i took some classes waaaaay back, and yes, it is quite challenging. i did karate at the time and treated taebo like a martial art, as in tensing all core muscles etc for every punch - yeah, i didn't last very long that way.
    so i guess you get out of it, what you put into it :wink:

    I've lost 10 pounds in June-July doing a 50 min workout about 6 days a week. I'm also really toned, so I do recommend it. Its pretty challenging, but after you get into it, you get better at it. At least I did =D
