Depends on what you're eating, how hard your pushing yourself while working out, AND you're not eating enough if you are working out that much - You body NEEDS FOOD FOR FUEL. and That means you need to be eating, for it to burn fat!

exactly. RARE do I get a footlong, almost ALWAYS get a 6" and throw away the end hunk when the meat is gone.

:) Awsome! I'm excited, as 7 weeks x 500 cals a week = 3500 cals extra. Which is a pound extra :) That would be ON TOP of the great work we will all do all summer already!

And with the girl thing - I ALWAYS gain 4 pounds for that one week a month, and it never comes off until a week after. Just the way my body works.

Some may be weight from eating, some may be muscle toning, Some may just be that you are a GIRL! AND YOUR HUMAN. The body is a crazy thing, just don't let it get you down!

I have the worst habit of thinking " I have 150 pounds to lose.." But I lost 5% of that in a month.. I'm happy. It's 7.6 lbs less than I was! So Here goes my next 7.6 lbs! :) We can all do it, one step at a time!

EXACTLY. Not all girls are skinny. Not all guys are handsome Not all guys want to spend money on girls. Not all humans eat healthy. Not all animals are wild. Basically, You met one person. maybe some others, but you can not define an entire country on that..

I'm not willing to purchase any new programs as money is VERY tight and I do have a lot to choose from already. Also I am a beginner at fitness! Insanity wouldn't work with me to well.

Since I already did mine Ill post subs for yours! 1 - Thats to generic haha! Maybe try homemade stuff so you can control the sugar! 2 - Try whole wheat if you dont already eat it - it's filling and very yummy! 3 - I love cheese too! I try to use a very strong cheese, that way even using less you get bold taste.
