You can connect the fitbit app to your myfitnesspal, and it will automatically transfer what it considers exercise calories. I walk daily, and it usually averages 200-300 calories, depending on how much I walk; and adds more for my other work out routines.

Key of advice; if you do have decent feet, get a foot massage by someone with a foot fetish. they pay attention to every little muscle on your foot...and it's fantastic LOL

I have similar issues myself (my meals usually end around 1,000 calories). I find cereal is a good go to, such as Cheerios. It also solves that craving for popping snacks in my mouth late at night
