About to do day 2 level 1. I didn't think day 1 was so bad. (Granted, I did Ripped in 30 before this, so this is a cakewalk. LOL!) No soreness so far. Might mix it up with some No More Trouble Zones 2 or 3 days a week as well. Anyone else doing 30DS have instagram? I love following people doing the same program, it's great…

I recommend starting Ripped in 30, or No More Trouble Zones. Or alternating between the 2 :)

I've been doing NMTZ 2-3 days a week. LOVE IT. Hurts so good the next day. LOL. Decisions decisions.

I figure I'll do both eventually. I mean, 30DS is on youtube, or at Target for $9. Maybe I'll do both, since Pump is only 3 days a week. Absolutely give yourself a rest day. Your muscles don't grow when you exercise, they grow when you rest. You're breaking them down while you're working out, and if you're never resting, you're never giving them a chance to repair. If you're really pushing yourself and training, you'll NEED a rest day ;) You can always do…
