Thanks ladies. This does help. I will take a trip to my nutrition store & see what rice & pea protein samples they have. Blessings to you all. Becks. :)

One of my favorite ways to eat tuna is on a bed of fresh greens. Things like romaine, butter lettuce, spinach etc... I put the tuna on it, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze the juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon over it & sprinkle with coarse sea salt. It is very refreshing. A great spring & summer dish also, when the markets have fresh…

Born a red head & still have some read in my now more auburn hair. I was born in October & am very stubborn & strong willed. Lots of personality. I don't consider myself difficult or "fiery", but I won't back down from a challenge either. I'm mostly German/English heritage. Wish I didn't burn so damn easily. ugh.

When I was not eating enough or good nutrients, I lost handfuls of hair. Now that I feed my body & focus on quality foods with good levels of protein, carbs, fat, vitamins & micro/macro nutrients, I have no problem at all. I would take a good look at your nutrients.

I log absolutely everything. It's a matter of keeping myself accountable & motivated. Have to be honest in the small things or I will be dishonest in the bigger things.

Russet potatoes, olives, peanut butter, pre-cooked freezer meals (too much salt), cauliflower, split pea soup (texture thing), anything super greasy or the seasoning turmeric in it. Honestly, I love most foods, but they have to be cooked well.

Went to nursing school, but not working as an RN. Very medically geared & love incorporating evidence based research into my health. Feel free to add me. I'm looking for others who are dedicated in their quest for healthy life, support & encouragement.
