thanks everyone :) I think i'm gonna try taking Urglewurgle's advice and up the calories. I've changed my goal to lose 1lb a week rather than 1 and a half and it's upped my calories to 1400 odd so if i can try to eat that much i should hopefully see a change. I guess it's all trail and error finding what suits :)

thanks :) I think it could be that I'm not eating enough. MFP put my goal calories at 1210 I think cos i'm only 5ft2 and i have found i'm learning so much more about food and calorie values. I'm definitely going to try to stick at it and having a community of support helps :)
