put on 1lb and I don't know why
Hi, I'm new to MFP and started 2 weeks ago. I've a long way to go but started quite well with 4lbs lost over the 2 weeks. I've a calorie goal of 1210 and i've topped it up with light exercise (as I've arthritis and can't do too much jumping around) on average about 100 calories burnt through exercise per day.
