I will join you. I m 36, mother of a 3 yo girl. I will do the first wo tonight. I got as far as week 3 but I had to stop. I think my weight is somewhere around 175.:(

I m Cristina, I live in Ma, i' m 36 and 177 now. I hope to get down to 145/140 by Christmas.I m doing t25 and walking/ running every other day. good luck to everybody!

i do.i use one tuna can,( drain the water) , half avocado.i mix them together with a fork, add a little salt , garlic sliced very thin and eat it on sliced red bell peppers !

i plan on doing body revolution. i m on week 3 now. during the weekend i will add an extra hour or hour and a half , cardio. for diet: i will be eating between 1200/1400 during the weeek and probably more during the weekend because i burn more. for breakfast i always have a lara bar adn a cup of coffe with vanilla coconut…

hi i started today too.it is my second time around.the first time i made only up to the end of the workouts 5 and 6 and then i got sick then my daughter got sick, so i stopped.this time i want to finish it.

i was thinking on starting today, but i might wait until next monday! oh, and i will do running insted of the cardio dvds, or just for now while is still not too hot out and i can do it.

hi all! i did week 1 and 2 and 2 days from wee 3 and then i had to stop. I was sick and then my baby got sick.i took one week break but tonight i will restart week 3. i m 5'4 34 yo cw 165 gw 125 i know ..it is a long way to go but i will get there...:)
