Helloo, You should never let yourself get too hungry! You should listen to your body :) Being hungry also just makes you crave more junk food. If you eat a good amount of food to keep your body feeling satisfied, you will find that you will stay on track and eat more clean. But anyway sounds like you're doing a great job…

Yeah thats right, well thats what I'm going to aim for. I probably won't be fit enough to do all that at the beginning, but I'll definitely work for it. That picture isn't me unfortunately. And I do cardio 3-4 times per week, and then 2 days of light weights (Pump classes). But because I have a new goal I am changing my training to 3 days of heavy weights, 1 day of boxing, 1 day of light weights, and 1 day of bootcamp which has cardio + light weights. okay so i just looked up my BMR and it is 1,371 calories. so if i eat 1,200 calories, PLUS burn 400 calories (which means i consume 800 calories) 1. does that mean i will lose weight? and 2. is 800 calories too low?

nah i'm already set to active, it says my daily consumption should be 1,380 even though i still eat less than that
