There isn't hardly a thing you can't find on YouTube these days! Depends on what type of work out/training you want to do, but I reckon a lot of it is there.

VERY good question! Was wondering this as well. I'm older and I don't think building muscle is going to do it all. I caried the weight (60 lbs. over) for too long and my skin is also starting to sag naturally with age, so I have a double whammy. I will be interested to read what others have to say.

I wear men's xxl t's also and can't wait to have a reaction similar to yours! I've been wearing baggy clothes for so long I've forgotten how nice it is to wear nice clothes. I want that feeling back!

If you have to, make sure they are complex carbs and go easy. Protein is better, especially if you are working out. your body will use it to repair and build muscle and tissues.

This might sound weird, but when you feel like eating something you really shouldn't, brush your teeth! I find this works most of the time. I don't know why it works, but it does. Mouthwash might work too.
