Why doesn't strength training/weight lifting count?
How come MFP doesn't count your strength training/weight lifting in the exercise calculator like it does the cardio? I don't know about other people, but I get a pretty good cardio workout when I lift weights and use resistance bands. Seems to me that should count and calories burned. Or am I missing something?
