Food should come with Choking Hazard stickers then0

wow, this is so important and so scary the best you can muster is to put a link with no overview, s'cuse me while I go finish off my gallon of water while I ponder the sheer silliness of this thread0
-
seriously...I am hoping you are the best disguised troll ever.
But in case you are serious....do you realize HOW MUCH water you would have to drink for this to happen? So much that you would probably vomit before it would effect you.0 -
If I do experience any of these symptoms, I'm hoping for diarrhea. Keep my innards squeaky clean.0
-
I don't have any of the symptoms, i'm fine for now!:happy:0

You would have to drink a **** ton of water for that to happen. I think the majority of the populace is safe.0

Obviously the way to solve this issue is to start drinking salt water.
:indifferent:0 -
Most people have too much sodium in their diet so they need the water to wash it out.
I Say We Need to Drink More Water!!!0 -
I dont drink water....... comparing with lots of ppl in here that drink 5 gallons of water a day , I drink nothing :bigsmile:0
-
Even water in moderation can be good for you.0
-

This! With the amount of sodium in my diet, too much water is the least of my worries! lol0 -
You have to drink an extreme amount of water. Or, alternately, deplete a lot of your sodium and other electrolytes through exercise, which is why athletes hydrate with a sports drink.0

Link didn't work for me...Oh well. Not really concerned about it anyway.0

The kidneys of a healthy adult can process fifteen liters of water a day! You are unlikely to suffer from water intoxication, even if you drink a lot of water, as long as you drink over time as opposed to intaking an enormous volume at one time, or if you happen to be an infant then maybe limit your water more loll0

Damnit! I already can't drink copious amounts of alcohol or eat tons of shrooms to get the desired effects (sypmtoms) such as abnormal mental status. Now you've gone and taken away my water buzz too???
*sigh* back to heroin i guess, anyone got a belt?
Edited for spelling0 -
This is scary because I was told to log my showers as water. Am I at risk?
Also, if you take a hot hot bath, will it burn fat?0 -

Really I'm amazed you are still alive. Seriously.

WTF?
That pretty much had nothing to do with drinking too much water. The article is about not having enough salt intake. And with the way foods are now (overly salted), there is no problem with lack of salt.0 -
For seious???
Do you have any idea how much water, all at once, a healthy person would have to drink (without urinating) for this to happen?0 -
I hate threads like this, because I don't think some people realize how hard it is to get water poisoning. It's REALLY HARD. You have to drink an extremely large amount of water in a very short time period to get water poisoning. There's a reason a lot of deaths linked to water poisoning are linked to frat hazing! As long as you're a healthy adult with healthy kidneys, your body can get rid of the excess water easily.
Stay thirsty, my friends.0 -

It has to take off at least two layers of skin.0
