Going to Experiement on Myself (LOL!)

I've been on MFP for about a week now and I love it so far. My first weigh-in will be on Sunday. But after tracking my food for that time, I can see some interesting 'trends' in my daily totals. So after talking to some friends, I'm going to cut out more carbs and add more fats (healthy ones, of course) after this week's weigh-in and do a comparison to see what works the best at weight loss. I have been reading some interesting material on adding more fat to lose fat quicker. Not doing anything radical, and it sure can't hurt to do it for a week. Will post the results on September10. Stay tuned....

Good for you...can't hurt to see what works- I try to keep an open mind with food - especially as each of us is different etc. Good luck!0

even if you ate the same amount and exercised the same for 2 weeks you might not loose the same amount each week. Your body doesn't always work like that. On the other hand I think the best part of the tools on MFH is you can experiment with all the variables to see what works for you.
Good luck.0 -
I hate to be the geek, but i think you need to go for at least 4 weeks on each diet to get enough data.
You might also want to take some measuerements, ( waist, bust, hips etc) incase you loose inches.
Sounds like a really good experiment though. Can't wait to see thef results.0
