My Wii always shows 2 pounds LESS then my scale :S i go after my scale because i weigh in first thing in the morning

but the thing is it goes up and down 3-5 % on some days that tells me that it CANT be accurate.... you can gain fat FAST but not within 24 hours lol ... you are right i am going to use it as a guideline but i would really like to get a REAL test done

im glad i only paid 25 dollar for the stupid thing LOL or i would be really really mad XD

my W was at 58% but i didnt really drink alot today so i dont trust my scale anymore LOL

Thts what i thought lol the first time i stepped on it i was at 25.5% ( i wore socks) i took of my socks and my bodyfat % dropped down to 20.2% the only other ''real test'' i had was with the thing that you hold in front of you and type in your age weight ect) it read 18% but i think this is just as inaccurate as the scale…

Hello from a fellow C-section mommy i had 2 c-sections as well and i lost all the weight i gained during my last pregnancy AND 10 on top of that ... i am the smallest ive been since i was 14... i think... i still have some loose skin but that probably will never go away! feel free to add me as a friend :)

I really REALLY like this post!. My husband is a soldier and currently deployed for the second time!. It really means the world to our deployed troops to see that we all appreciate their sacrifice

i am on the nuvaring and i feel your Pain!. will stop taking B.C all together soon ( my husband is in the ARMY and deploying soon so no need to stress my body with useless hormones for a year) i could let you know if anything changed for me if you want to ... just add me to your friends
