  • Cheating once in a blue moon isn't bad, I find that cravings don't happen to me as often as long as I have that one thing (I don't do whole meals to cheat I do one Item; eg a couple cookies or a small bag a chips) and it makes things just a little easier.
  • Like @DeguelloTex said a lot of the time you do lose a lot of water weight at first, though it is a great start. I recommend changing things up so it keeps your body guessing.(eg change up your cardio activities or eat different foods)
  • Thank you everyone for your replys. I set my activity level to ightlt active. Though i used a pedometer at work before and i had somewhere under 11000 steps.
  • some fats are bad while some are good, the trans and saturated are bad because they can raise Ldl cholesterol levels which is not good cholesterol. saturated fat actually decreases your hdl cholesterol levels which is worse because hdl cholesterol is beneficial because it removes harmful cholesterol from the blood stream.…
  • yes i agree there are fatty but monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are good fats while trans-fat and saturated fats are the ones you want to avoid
