Never thought to add chocolate protein powder to my regular oatmeal. I'll have to try it.

You bought a Bahama Mama smoothie, had 5 sips, enjoyed it (yes?). Drink the rest, add it to your diary and move on. Why so much guilt over a food? Food is meant to be enjoyed.

In BC and bought it off low carb Canada. It's called PB2. Not sure about it being kosher.

Have you tried stevia in your coffee? It's pretty good. I used to be a Pepsi aholic and I quit cold turkey and now just occasionally have a zevia (stevia sweetened pop). I do have tea with real sugar but only have one or two a day.

For ME, it was allowing myself to have that item. Giving myself freedom to eat what I want as long as the calories are there. Want ice cream, sure. Weigh out a portion and fit it into the calories for the day. I knew the food would be there the next day and if I wanted another protion the next day, I just had to fit it in…

I have a blaze and have had it for almost a year.

Blah I don't like the taste. I like the real stuff.

Lol right! Unfortunately for us celiacs we don't have a choice. I've just resorted to using lettuce to wrap sandwich fillings because the bread tastes like sawdust

Can someone please make sure I signed up properly? This will be my first challenge.

Some people would gasp looking at my diary today. Caramilk bar for a snack after breakfast, hot dogs for lunch, homemade pizza on a tortilla for supper, nachos for a snack tonight. It all fit in my calories so it's all good! Mmmmm.

Depends how I'm feeling ;) sometimes I only want 3 oz. Sometimes I want 6.

Yep, Mason jar in the freezer

Ugh feel better soon. We just lost 6 residents at the nursing home I work at due to influenza A. I wasn't able to work during that time because I don't get my flu shot but I've heard it's a nasty one.

I'm honestly just curious. I sleep fine but wondered if coconut oil or honey is really that magical ;)

The Walking Dead. Hate it!

I tried them one. My face for bright red and hot an my heart pounded. Was really strange. No desire to try again.

Ooh me! I'm a cico girl and I <3 cookies. I do eat gluten free due to celiac disease....Not because of the gluten free trend though lol

BSN in two years? I'm jealous. In BC Canada it's 4 years. Can you work more on the weekends and cut back your weekday hours less? I can't imagine only sleeping 3 hours. Zzzzz

The flintstone vitamins are like a little treat lol. And regular vitamins (even low iron) give me a stomach ache.

Today was build shoulders. I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed out today with various things happening here so I had pushed my workout back and back and back. Finally just did it and then went for a walk. Wasn't my best but I got it done and I do feel a bit better. Looking forward to rest day tomorrow but I might try…

I have a Fitbit Blaze and love it.

I used to have 2 tbsp sugar in my tea. I slowly started using less. Now I'm at 1 tsp and I just count the calories and I'm OK with it :)

I'm on day 4 today. Beast cardio. What the heck! So far it's meh. I'm panicking about the weight gain but know it'll level out and go down. I'm eating at a calorie deficit and am sore as heck so it's just water retention. Shoulders day tomorrow then rest day. Yippee!

Strange. It is set to public
My wife can see my diary but we are friends on the app. Not sure if that is the reason.
I had zero experience with nutrition or fitness when I joined as a coach to get a discount on products when I first started. They never provided any training either. It was crazy. Then I was taken off as an "active coach" because I didn't sell enough even though they took my money each month and deemed them "coaching fees"

Your diary is locked tight with lock and key. Can't see a thing.
