Shoulder snaps?
When I do chest press, shoulder press etc my left shoulder snaps. I've ever tried a 5 lb weight and it still snaps. If I hold my arm at a 90 degree angle upright and rotate my hand up and down it snaps too. It doesn't feel comfortable but there's no extreme pain. Anyone have any ideas? What food do you eat but you feel like it's a rip off for the calories? For me it's real mayo. Helmans olive oil mayonnaise. 100 calories for 1 tbsp. Second would be gluten free macaroni. Fitbit adjustment and activity level
K so I'm confused. If I have negative calorie adjustments enabled and my Fitbit is worn all the time, should I set MFP to sedentary and eat back half of the calories that mfp gives me for exercise?
