Les Mills Pump or Body Beast?

I've successfully lost and maintained 50 lbs and am ready to tackle the last 20-25 lbs. I cross country ski 3 days a week so I'd like to start a weight lifting program at home. I have Pump or Body beast. I'm not sure which one to choose. I've done 3 rounds of pump but only a couple weeks of beast in the past. I had gained weight and it freaked me out so I quit. But I'm not so much caring about the scale weight now says rather than how things are fitting. Any suggestions?

Well they are structured very differently. As you know Pump is high reps at low weight where as Beast is more of a progressive set structure with low, medium, and heavy weight. I would say Beast will make you stronger and able to lift heavier, where as pump is great for conditioning and stamina. So I guess whatever your lifting goal is should determine which program. I would think with cross country skiing you're getting plenty of cardio so I'd go for Beast. Sagi is awesome BTW1
