I'm trying to find an AB workouts that doesn't aggravate the degenerative disc disease in my back. Any recommendations?

    Id advice speaking to a physician or experimenting yourself. Also what what happened to your other thread about supplements

    Then research different typs of ab workouts. Also I really do hope you check out a cheaper form of protein for yourself and your kid. Any sort of supplement marketed with a program to be made specifically for that program has only truly been designed to get cash from your wallet.
