I take a kids chewable multivitamin and chewable vitamin d every day (regular vitamins make me nauseated). I also drink Natural Calm for magnesium at night and generously salt my food and use lo salt on some dishes.

If i eat above 75g of carbs I drop out of ketosis for 3 or 4 days. Its exhausting. I've heard you can do fasted cardio after a high carb day and it'll put you back in ketosis faster but usually I feel horrible after a high carb day that I don't want to exercise.

I used to get the egg farts like no tomorrow when we bought eggs from the grocery store but it's funny because we now have our own chickens and I don't get the egg farts from eating their eggs. Our chickens do free range on 1/2 acre and eat lots of bugs and plants though.

Did you enjoy the Zevia? I've always looked at it but at $6 for 6 cans I'm always a little hesitant. I was going to start the egg fast yesteday but had a whopper of a panic attack in the middle of the night so didn't start. I'm going to keep an eye on this post and see how you do if you can please keep us updated. :)

Love that! And oddly enough, last nights horrible horrible panic attack has sent me back on the right direction. I've had an awesome day in terms of food and have kept busy making horseradish, cleaned the chicken coop, walked the dogs up the mountain in our top acreage.
