Your BMR is 1387. MFP will set an intake of 500 calories less than you BMR for a weight loss of 1 pound per week (but never less than 1200). So your caloric intake should be 1200 a day minimum. When you exercise, you burn more calories. You can eat back part or all of those calories and still lose weight. Hope this helps

I like dairy and have been consuming it all my life (48 yrs). I drink skim milk, eat yogurt and all kinds of cheese. I have never seen any correlation with weight loss or gain.
