Hiya! I had this problem until I found the 'discovery' wraps. I bought them in Sainsburys. They arent too big, just the right size for me! And are only 115 cals each!! :) I fill mine with some mixed peppers and chicken breast, perfect lunch for 250cals :)

I lose from my stomach first, but the hip fat always stays! I have a big issue with my thighs and calves.. would love to make the fat disappear from them! Now that summers coming up i just want to get my legs out! If anyone has any tips for this then please let me know :)

Have you tried Ab Ripper X on P90X? I did my first work out last Sunday and im STILL aching from it today. It has got really good reviews on the forums, so it might be something you could try? Its a 16minute work out and it works every single ab muscle you have. You do a total of 325 reps altogether
